Development of a LMS / CRM Platform for Education Management
For an education-focused project, we developed a custom CRM platform for managing learning processes, participants, courses, schedules, and performance reporting.
Education providers, trainers, and HR teams often face the same challenge: standard CRM and LMS products rarely reflect the way training programmes operate in practice. Information becomes scattered across several tools, schedules require manual coordination, and meaningful reports take considerable time to prepare.
Our task was to bring the entire learning process into one clear system, from participant management and course planning to progress tracking and performance analysis.
The platform includes client and group management, course scheduling, automated timetable overviews, assignments for learners and instructors, and visual reporting based on custom KPIs. Administrators can structure programmes, organise groups, monitor participation, and follow individual progress. Learners can immediately see which tasks, sessions, and materials require their attention.
A clear and accessible interface was central to the project. Courses, participant progress, statistics, and upcoming sessions are brought together in one place and remain easy to access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. This gives every user a clearer view of their responsibilities and reduces the number of routine questions handled by administrators.
To support stronger participation, we added interactive features such as short surveys, notifications for new assignments, and reminders delivered through messaging channels. For managers and project leads, we created detailed reports that highlight progress, bottlenecks, engagement levels, and areas requiring attention.
Each part of the platform guides the user towards a relevant next action: complete a course, submit an assignment, review progress, manage a group, or evaluate the effectiveness of a training programme. This makes the solution suitable for internal employee development, private education providers, coaching programmes, professional training centres, and continuing education organisations.
